The newest IEC60695-2-10:2013 standard for   glow wire test apparatus was carried out for some years , compared with the old standard, the requirements of glow wire loop , thermocouple, silver foil test temperature has been updated. First, according to old standard , the demanded thermocouple wire diameter is 0.5 mm, but the new standards for the wire diameter requires 1.0mm, which would lead corresponding change for glow wire loop .  The thermocouples which are mounted in  glow wire test apparatus  ZLT-GTR manufactured by  ZHILITONG Electromechanical Co.Ltd , are purchased from B+B  company, with 1.0mm wire diameter, K type, insulation against ground,complying with above requirements of newest IEC 60695 standard.

According to UL 153, a printed wiring board,including coatings, when provided shall comply with the requirements in the Standard for Printed-Wiring Boards, UL 796, and shall be classified V-0, V-1, or V-2 in accordance with the Standard for Test for Flammability of Plastic Materials for Parts in Device and Appliance,UL94.   UL94 Burning Tester   manufactured by Zhilitong Electromechanical Co., Ltd , meets with above requirements of UL 153, UL 94, and can perform test of classified V-0, V-1, or V-2

In 2017 , our company successfully cooperated with Intertek Testing Service New York Branch and supplied them   IEC62368 Straight Unjointed Test Probes   ZLT-U01A, which is our new product and conform to latest requirements of IEC 62368-1: 2014 Edition Annex V and figure V.1 . According to IEC 60998 clause 19 , u nless otherwise specified parts of insulating material retaining live parts in position shall be of   material resistant to tracking index tester   . The test is performed according to IEC 60112. A flat surface of the part to be tested at least 15 mm × 15 mm and at least 3 mm thick is placed   in the horizontal position on the apparatus , The material under test shall pass at a proof tracking index of 175 V using the test solution A   with an interval between drops of 30 s ± 5 s. The tracking index tester   ZLT-LDQ1 manufactured by Zhilitong Electromechanical Co., Ltd not only meets with IEC 60112, but also IEC 60998 standard, a bottle of ammonium chloride 99.8% purity is provided , to compound test solution A 

On the basis of IEC 60335-1 clause 30.2.3, glow wire test apparatus of IEC60695-2-11 is not applicable to  some parts of electrical appliance as below: 1.  Parts supporting welded connections 2.  Parts supporting connections in low power circuits described in 19.11.1 3.  Soldered connection on printed circuit boards 4.  Connections on small components that are mounted on printed circuit boards 5.  Parts within 3 mm of any of these connections Note Examples of small component are diodes, transistors, resistors, integrated circuits and capacitors not directly connected to the supply mains.
